filter simple.

 

1.Open a tube, duplicate and close the original.

2.Open a neew image, 300x300, transparent.Sélection/select all.

3.Edit/copy your your tube and paste into selection.Sélection/select none.

Layer/merge/all flaten.

4.EFfect/image/seamless tiling: default setting.

5.Effet/plugin/filter factory M/tiler 1:

6.Effect/plugin/simple/pizza slice miror.

7.Effect/plugin/filter factory M/loom: 118/153.

8.Effect/plugin/simple/quick tile.

Your pattern is ready now.

9.Open a new image,1024x300, transparent.Flood fill with your pattern.Moove the opacity down to 66%.

10.Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.

11.Add a drop shadow, use your own setting.

12.Add a new layer for your text and watermark.

12.Layer/merge/all flatten.

Now all you have to do is to save your work as jpeg.
