You love this stat, so common le'ts go starting it with me.

You can do it with your own picture ou if you want use mine here

Duplicate your image, and close the original, never work on the original.

Open the zip file,minimise your mask for later use, we start with the background.

Open an new canvas, transparent, 1024x300.Select all.

Copy your image and paste into selection.

Effect/distorsion effect/wind: 100/left

Add also fantastic machine/paint engine (see preview for setting)

Then simple/quick tile.

Then dsb flux/spider web: 36/67/74

To achieve the background: effect/image effect/semaless tiling:

Now, moove the opacity down to 50%.It depend of course by the choice of your picture, but you have to place your text on it.

You can minimise your windows,your background is finish.

Reactivate your image and apply the mask: layer/new mask layer/from image.

Resise it by 300 pixels height, then copy the group layer.

Reactivate your background and paste the group as a new layer.

Go to the mask layer then delete and answer yes at the question.Merge group.

Apply inner bevel (effect/3d/inner bevel) like the preview

Add a new layer for your watermark.

Then layer/merge (all flatten)

Your stat is ok now.
