Open an image of choice and a slat mask here

Open a new transparent image, 1024x350 .Select all.

Copy and paste your image into selection.

Adjust/blur/gaussien blur: 10.

Effect/texture effect/mosaic antique:

Select none.

Copy the slat and paste as a new layer on your background.

Activate layer 2.Selection/select all/float.Activate your original picture and Copy.

Go back to your background and paste into selection.

Effect/3d/inner bevel:

Deselect and place it where you want.

Moove the opacity of your background layer down (i choose 62%)

Add a new layer, write your text and add an inner bevel if you like:

Add a layer for your matermark

Merge/all flatten.Save as jpeg.
