Today I propose you to discover a litlle progs called 20/20, totaly free and complementary with psp.

It's really easy to make background tile with it.You can download it here

To do this tut you need 20/20, psp, and a nice picture.

1.Open a new transparent image, 1024x400 .Select all.

2.Copy and paste your image into selection.

3.Adjust/blur/radial blur:zoom center

4.Adjust/sharpen/sharpen more.

5.Edit/copy.

Now open 20/20.

6.Paste as a new image.

7.image/muted background: check seamless tile.Move the opacity down to 71% and apply.

8.Edit/copy

9. open psp and paste as a new image.

10.Close 20/20 and answer yes to the question.

11.Reactivate your original picture.Resise by 400 pixel height.Apply a mask, a frame, or anything else you want.

12.Copy and paste on your background and add a drop shadow.

13.Now you can sign and save as jpeg.

It's your turn to play and find all possibility you have with this prog.
